Faran Model High School & College, founded in 1995, is dedicated to excellence in education, fostering student growth and character development through expert guidance, innovative teaching, and state-of-the-art facilities.
Our Mission Statement
“FARAN MODEL HIGH SCHOOL & COLLEGE” an institution of its own kind, in the region that visualizes the talent of its students, grooming their abilities. By the grace of ALLAH “FARAN” has made its unique appearance and we really feel honor to open the separate classes for the boys and girls from Play Class to Intermediate. It is a very little share of our effort for spreading education since 1995.

Chairperson's Welcome
Mirza Wajahat Baig, a visionary leader, holds a pivotal role in the education sector. As Chairperson of Faran Educational Network, he drives academic excellence and holistic development. Additionally, he serves as President of APSCA, advocating for private schools and colleges. As Secretary General of the Kashmir Institute of Special Education, he champions inclusivity. Furthermore, as Secretary General of NGO Coordination Mirpur and Mirza Mahmood Memorial School, he leads community engagement efforts. Notably, he led Faran Model High School’s evolution from an elementary to secondary school in 2005, and its subsequent transition to a college offering FSc in late 2010.
